Bottomless Reggae Roast Menu Launching This Easter

We’re shaking up the Easter break with the launch of our Bottomless Reggae Roast menu (Friday 30 March – Monday 2 April); created by new Executive
Head Chef Collin Brown.

Classic Sunday roast dishes have been given a tropical makeover with highlights like roast jerk chicken with plantain wedges and callaloo fritters and Caribbean pot-roast beef with parsnip& sweet potato puree and Yorkshire pudding.

All Cottons will be playing classic reggae sounds throughout the Easter weekend – to help conjure up those islands vibes.
PLus, liven up your lunch for just £20: add two hours of free-flowing prosecco, mimosas, house wine or Rum Marys.

We are thrilled to announce Collin Brown as our new Executive Head Chef.

Jamaican-born Collin is a renowned and award-winning Caribbean chef whose career has spanned Jamaica, Europe and the Middle East, bringing his Caribbean flavours to a worldwide audience.

Collin’s innovative Caribbean cooking will sit seamlessly within Cottons ethos, representing the incredible fusion of geographical and cultural influences that Caribbean food is evolved from, while displaying its intricacy and versatility.
