This summer, Cottons brand new catering truck Cottons Cool Runnings will be serving up the best in Caribbean island fare at events and festivals in London and around the UK.

We’re excited to announce the arrival of our new Notting Hill head chef Mark Jackman. Mark’s past roles have included working under esteemed chef Rowley Leigh and heading up the kitchen at The Landmark London.Come and try his brand new menu bursting with brilliant Caribbean flavours. Caribbean Artist Series – Cottons Notting Hill

Cottons Notting Hill is to host a series of Caribbean art exhibitions curated by artist Kellie Every, kicking off this May.

The first show will feature Kellie’s own art, launching with a VIP drinks reception on Thursday 17th May followed by a six-week run where her displays will be on the walls around diners at Cottons Notting Hill and available for sale.

About Kellie:

Artist Kellie Every was born in Barbados. She has both a Fine Arts, and Business & Marketing Management Degree under her belt. Kellie creates abstract paintings from mixed media and acrylic paints. The subject matter in her pieces varies but one thing that remains constant is her love for the ocean, which inspires and influences many of her works.

“I have always been in love with expressing myself visually, whether I realized it or not at the time. Art is all around us, and it is our job to recreate that in whatever form that may be.” – Kellie Every


Three further shows will follow, two curated by Kellie and Cottons has a nationwide call out for a fourth Caribbean artist to come and exhibit their work in September 2018.

We are thrilled to announce Collin Brown as our new Executive Head Chef.

Jamaican-born Collin is a renowned and award-winning Caribbean chef whose career has spanned Jamaica, Europe and the Middle East, bringing his Caribbean flavours to a worldwide audience.

Collin’s innovative Caribbean cooking will sit seamlessly within Cottons ethos, representing the incredible fusion of geographical and cultural influences that Caribbean food is evolved from, while displaying its intricacy and versatility.
